Do you receive Kansas Child Support payments on a KeyBank debit card? If so, please make note:
The Kansas Payment Center (KPC) is changing the vendor that issues the prepaid cards for Kansas Child Support payments. The new vendor will be U.S. Bank ReliaCard® as of Aug. 22, 2022.
The final deposit made on the KeyBank card will be on Aug. 19. Any dollars on the Key2Benefits card are available until they are used. Dollars cannot be transferred from the Key2Benefits card to the U.S. Bank ReliaCard. Review the following for additional details:
The U.S. Bank ReliaCard, like the Key2Benefitscard, is a convenient and secure way to receive Kansas Child Support payments.
- ReliaCard is a prepaid debit card issued by U.S. Bank that is reloadable by the State of Kansas. It is not a credit card but works similarly to the Key2Benefits card as well as other prepaid debit cards.
- Payments are automatically loaded to the card
- The cardholder may make purchases, get cash and pay bills anywhere Visa® is accepted.
- Funds are protected if the card is lost or stolen.

- Payments can be mailed to the Kansas Payment Center, PO Box 758599, Topeka, KS 66675. Be sure to include your SSN and case number to ensure proper credit.
- Payments can also be made online at the KPC Website.
Payments are provided to the custodial parent by direct deposit or on a debit card. Applications to enroll in those payment options can be found at the KPC Website.
