Sole Source and Prior Authorizations indicate intent to award a contract or grant to a vendor without going through a competitive bid process if it is determined there is only one qualified vendor, or if an emergency purchase must be made.
If you believe your company can provide such services, please contact the Office of Grants and Contracts to file a Statement of Interest. The Agency will evaluate the Statement of Interest to determine if the vendor is capable of supplying such goods or services.
