Continuous Performance Improvement is a systematic and statewide approach to designing, measuring, assessing and continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of services.
The goal is to resolve identified performance issues and pursue opportunities to improve the performance of processes, systems and services.
Program Case Review is a Continuous Performance Improvement activity conducted by DCF Administration, Regional Offices and Partners. It's an ongoing process that focuses on documentation supporting the timeliness and accuracy of services provided to children, families and vulnerable adults.
