Kansas Protection Report Center Intake Reporter Notification Letter Request

DCF provides Reporters with a valid Intake ID number when a report is made. You can use the intake ID number along with the other required fields to submit this online form to obtain an adult or child report decision letter.

If you reported anonymously then you are not eligible to receive a Reporter Notification Letter.

The notification letters will be generated on non-holiday business days; Monday – Friday.

Questions relating to ongoing investigations cannot be answered by the Kansas Protection Reporter Center.
